Why we publish proof differently
Most agency case studies are marketing artefacts — designed to look impressive and reveal nothing useful. Ours are written to be useful: the starting baseline, the actual intervention, the precise numbers, the timeline, the trade-offs. If you cannot extract a playbook from the case study, the case study has failed.
The DS4U case is the live exemplar. The three SA engagements in progress will publish on the same template once we have permission and enough months of compounded data to be honest about the outcome. We will not publish a case until the numbers are real and the client has signed off.
