Is this safe for medical settings?
Yes — when configured correctly. The agent never gives clinical advice, never triages emergencies algorithmically, and routes any urgency markers to a clinician immediately. We provide a documented protocol you sign off before going live.
Can it triage symptoms or take case histories?
It can capture structured intake information (reason for visit, symptoms in patient's own words, current medications) and route appropriately — but it does NOT diagnose, advise, or replace clinical triage. Anything urgent escalates within seconds.
Which medical PMS does it integrate with?
EMIS, SystmOne, Vision, Cliniko, Semble, Medesk and most major UK GP and private-practice systems via API or HL7. For more bespoke systems we use controlled integration patterns.
Is it CQC and GDPR compliant?
Yes. All call recording is two-party-consent disclosed at call start, retention is configurable to CQC requirements, NHS DSPT-aligned data handling, encrypted storage, DPA included.
Does it handle prescription requests?
It can capture repeat-prescription requests, verify patient identity, route to the prescribing clinician, and confirm dispense. Does not approve or issue prescriptions itself.
